Terms of Service

1. Service
StrongNet WiFi provides fixed wireless and fibre internet access to homes and businesses in Kenya. Speeds advertised are best-effort up to the package ceiling and may vary with congestion, distance and equipment.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to: distribute malware, spam, infringe intellectual property, host content unlawful in Kenya, or resell the connection without our written consent.
3. Billing
Plans are prepaid monthly via M-Pesa. Service activates upon payment confirmation and lapses automatically when the period ends. Installation fees are non-refundable once equipment is on-site.
4. Equipment
CPE (router/ONT) supplied by StrongNet remains our property unless purchased outright. Tampering or unauthorised replacement voids warranty and may incur replacement charges.
5. Support & SLA
Residential support is available 8am–10pm daily on WhatsApp and phone. Business SLAs are documented separately in the customer order form.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend service for non-payment, abuse, or regulatory order. You may cancel at any time; service runs until the end of the paid period.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability for service interruptions is limited to a pro-rata credit of the affected period.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
